What types of gift boxes do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of gifting options with already made gift boxes in a range of prices. Along with individual products which you can then in turn, make up your gift box. If you have any special requests, please get in contact with us.
Can I customise the contents of my gift box?

Yes, absolutely. Please see the page of individual products and add them to your cart. If you have any special requests, please leave a note in checkout. Gift wrapping is available as well.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We do offer gift wrapping at a cost of $4.95. Please click here for an example.
What occasions are your gift boxes suitable for?

Any occasion, our gift boxes are for anybody and any time of year. If you would like specific themed gift box, please get in contact with us and we can arrange this.
Can I include a personalised message with my gift box?

Absolutely, we offer a complimentary card with every purchase which we hand write your message to the recipient. We do have a range of cards to choose from as well at extra cost.
Do you offer international shipping?

We can arrange this, please get in contact to figure out shipping.
How long will it take for my gift box to be delivered?

If the order is made is before 1pmit will be posted using Aus Post. Please see shipping delivery times per state. You can use this tool from Australia Post to assist you in calculating the estimated shipping times.
What is your return or exchange policy?

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind. We will happily replace a faulty product upon the return of the item. Please see more information in our returns policy here.
Are your gift boxes environmentally friendly?

Yes! Every bit of our packaging and wrapping is fully recyclable. Including the tape! The beans can be put into water and they disintegrate. The rest can be popped into the recycling.
