Ingredients –

Rooibos: rich in iron, potassium fluoride and magnesium which are minerals believed to help combat insomnia and promote deep quality sleep.

Cinnamon chips: is a warming, anti-inflammatory spice that supports digestion. It also helps prevent blood sugar spikes and crashes that can keep us up at night by stabilising your blood sugar.

Chamomile flowers: contains apigenin, an antioxidant that binds to certain receptors in your brain that can help promote sleepiness and reduce insomnia.

Red rose petals: red rose petals are known to help lower stress levels and encourage sleep.

Nettle: promotes better sleep by naturally increasing energy without increasing blood sugar. This makes our sleep deeper.

Brewing Instructions –

Pyramid tea bag

Allow one pyramid tea bag to infuse in boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Remove the bag and serve.

Other Information - This tea blend is suitable to drink throughout pregnancy and when breastfeeding.

To mix the water and essential oils, Urban Sun use organic vegetable glycerine as our solubilizer. To prevent any microbial contamination and then a naturally derived ethanol, which is obtained from sugar cane.
