Shipping
All orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Anytime after, it will be shipped the next business day.
For our friends on the Gold Coast and the surrounding suburbs, enjoy local delivery for only $10.00. Alternatively, we offer Free Local Pick Up from our warehouse in Palm Beach, 4221 from Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm. Please allow up to 4 hours for your order to be packed with love. A message will be sent once it is ready for pick up.
We use Sendle and Australia Post for our Australian shipments and DHL for our International customers. Trusting them to deliver your items safely and promptly.
International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
While we package each item carefully, please note that we can’t guarantee the safety of particularly fragile items after dispatch.
Dispatch and delivery times may vary during peak and holiday seasons.
Some items require a physical address and can’t be sent to PO Boxes.

Returns
We do not accept refunds, however if for some reason your gift is damaged in transit, you can return to the Consciously Created Gift HQ (if we are notified within 24 hours of the gift being received). All products are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we endeavour to deliver your product in perfect condition, what happens when the goods are dispatched is out of our hands.
Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.
If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us bec@consciouslycreated.com.au to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return and any supporting photos. Consciously Created Gifts shall bear the costs of all domestic return shipping. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. But we will be in contact with you through this process so make sure it arrives safely.
Please note – As the products in the store are handmade and mostly one-of-a-kind pieces. There maybe some differences or changes from the original product. This will be discussed with the customer and approval for the replacement will be confirmed by the customer.
